The Argentine national rugby team, affectionately known as the Pumas, has encountered an unfortunate turn of events as two of their pivotal halfbacks, Gonzalo Garcia and Tomas Albornoz, have been sidelined due to injuries ahead of their highly anticipated rematch against South Africa.
Scrum-half Garcia has been ruled out after sustaining a concussion, which has prevented him from traveling to London. Similarly, fly-half Albornoz will miss the crucial encounter, having suffered a hamstring injury.
In light of these significant losses, the Pumas` coaching staff has promptly called up replacements to bolster the squad. Scrum-half Gonzalo Bertranu, who typically plays at number nine, and fly-half Nicolas Rojer, a number ten, have been drafted into the team to fill the void left by Garcia and Albornoz.
The pivotal match between Argentina and South Africa is scheduled to take place on October 4th at the renowned Twickenham Stadium in London.
