Carabao Cup Second Round Draw: Chelsea vs. Luton, Spurs vs. Charlton, and More
The Carabao Cup second round draw has set up some exciting fixtures, with Chelsea set to face Luton Town and Tottenham Hotspur taking on Charlton Athletic in a London derby.
